Failure isn’t the end. It’s just another form of leveling up.
Recently, I did something uncomfortable on LinkedIn.
I asked you a simple question:
Where do I add the most value for you?
→ The newsletter?
→ My LinkedIn posts?
→ YouTube?

Data, always tells a story.
My mission has always been clear:
Help you level up your job hunt using video games to make it understandable and even fun.
But I had to look at the data.
When I started this newsletter, there were 208 subscribers.
Today? 179.
That number didn’t just drop, it taught me something.
It forced me to ask:
• Is this the highest-value format for you?
• Is this sustainable?
• Where does my time actually create the most impact?
After reviewing the numbers, the engagement, and my tech stack…
I made a call and this will be one of the final editions of this newsletter.
Not because I’m quitting. Because I’m reallocating XP.
Instead, I’m doubling down on:
→ High-value LinkedIn posts
→ Long & short-form YouTube content
→ Livestreams (gaming + live job help)
→ Digital products and services that move your job search forward (New)
And what’s coming next?
→ A community for job seekers who level up in career, business, life — and yes, playing games together (digital + in-person events)
→ A new podcast (more on that soon)
→ A Book
Does this feel like a small failure?
A little.
But failure isn’t game over. It’s feedback.
Sometimes leveling up means letting go of something you built with heart… so you can build something better.

Thank you for being part of my newsletter journey.
Your support means the world to me.
That can be in the form of a like on my YouTube Channel, a comment on my LinkedIn posts, sending me some Ko-fi, or even sharing any of my content.
I’m honored to help level up your job hunt, in some way.
It truly fills my cup to teach and share my knowledge with you in a fun way.
Always keep leveling up.

I will see you in other places!
