Prepare Questions to Ask the Interviewer
Most candidates focus only on answering questions, but the best interviews are two-way conversations.
Preparing thoughtful questions shows that you are engaged, curious, and serious about the role.

Ask about what success looks like in the first 90 days. This tells the interviewer you are already thinking about how to contribute.

I came across an interesting article titled “Half of tech firms plotting restructures as AI hype bites”.
Here’s some of the key points I got from it:
AI Driving Major Changes Over 60% of tech companies are planning to restructure or change their operating models within the next 18 months due to the impact of AI.
These shifts are especially prominent in the technology, media, and telecoms (TMT) sector.
Consulting Industry Trends The global TMT consulting market grew by 7%, reaching $8.25 billion, a rebound from the previous year’s modest 2% growth.
Despite recent slowdowns, companies are now cautiously moving toward more ambitious investment strategies.
Expert Commentary Tony Maroulis from Source Global Research notes that while growth isn’t as explosive as in 2022, the industry is emerging from a period of fiscal caution.
Look, AI and emerging technologies are sparking urgent conversations about how businesses should evolve.
We’re in a new age of looking for work and work now, this is the time to level up your skills, understand how AI is mixing things up in your sector and move forward on your mission, whatever that is.

First impressions do matter. Having a lame profile picture will hurt your chances when you’re looking for work. It might seem small, but it matters. Check out this cheat code and level up that LinkedIn profile pic.
Applying to over 50-100 roles a day or even week is a lot for anyone but with this tool it makes it super easy. Just make sure those roles line up with your skills (Do Not apply to roles that you’re not a good fit for). Remember what uncle Ben said:
“With great power, comes great responsibility“
Making short form videos can be hard and it takes time. That’s why you can pull from your long form videos and make something fast with this tool. Making content around what you do is key when on the job hunt. Show them what you’re made of because video is the future. I know you came across some applications asking you to make a video, right?
