Get the 90-day roadmap to a $10k/month newsletter

Creators and founders like you are being told to “build a personal brand” to generate revenue but…

1/ You can be shadowbanned overnight
2/ Only 10% of your followers see your posts

Meanwhile, you can write 1 email that books dozens of sales calls and sells high-ticket ($1,000+ digital products).

After working with 50+ entrepreneurs doing $1M/yr+ with newsletters, we made a 5-day email course on building a profitable newsletter that sells ads, products, and services.

Normally $97, it’s 100% free for 24H.

Ever walk out of an interview and feel like you just hit a Game Over screen?

Controller down. Confidence cracked. Brain replaying every answer you should’ve said.

Here’s the truth most job seekers need to hear:

👉 You weren’t unqualified.

👉 You didn’t “blow your chance forever.”

👉 You just ran an early build of your interview character.

And like any good game, that means it’s time for patch notes.

This newsletter is your post-interview hotfix — a breakdown of how to recover from a bad interview, improve your interview skills, and turn rejection into real XP.

🧠 Step 1: Dev Log — Record the Errors

After an interview fail, don’t rage quit.

Treat it like a bug report.

As soon as possible, write down:

  • What went well

  • Where you froze

  • Which questions felt clunky

  • Where anxiety kicked in

Most job seekers skip this step, and that’s why they repeat the same interview mistakes over and over.

No dev log = no improvement.

🔍 Step 2: Analyze the Stack Trace

Now we do the interview postmortem.

Break your answers down:

  • Did you actually use the STAR method?

  • Were your examples aligned with the company’s real problems?

  • Did you ramble instead of being strategic?

Long-winded stories don’t land in interviews.

Clear, relevant, problem-solving answers do.

Your job isn’t to tell everything you’ve ever done

It’s to show how you solve their problems.

🛠 Step 3: Hotfix — Retrofit Your Answers

This is where most job seekers level up fast.

Rewrite your weakest answers after the interview.

You can even use ChatGPT to help reframe them correctly.

Example prompt:

“Break down how I handled conflict on this project using the STAR method.”

This is how you build better interview responses before the next boss fight. If you want more cheat codes on using S.T.A.R power you can press start on this video, Mario wil guide you:

(And yes, I teach this exact process inside The Ultimate Job Search Guide, including how to use Gen AI the right way during your job hunt.)

🔥 Step 4: Load Test Under Pressure

Practice isn’t optional. It’s a stress test.

No friends to mock interview with? That’s fine.

  • Record yourself

  • Play it back

  • Listen to your tone, pacing, and clarity

This is how you catch:

  • Verbal filler

  • Weak delivery

  • Confidence dips

Think of it like testing a game build before launch.

🎭 Step 5: UI/UX Upgrade — Body Language & Voice

Here’s a harsh truth from someone who’s been in talent acquisition:

Recruiters notice everything.

  • Slouched posture

  • Cracking voice

  • Avoiding eye contact

Those are instant red flags.

Your non-verbal cues tell the hiring manager whether you believe in yourself.

Your Haki needs to be strong, job seeker.

No company wants someone who looks unsure joining their team — even if their skills are solid.

Clean up the UI so the recruiter can focus on the gameplay:

👉 your skills

👉 your value

👉 your confidence
